Shipping & Returns


There are two choice we offer for shipping and charged accordingly at time of checkout:

1. United States Postal Service (USPS)

2. United Parcel Service (UPS)


- All Internet and Phone orders made before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time, Mondays - Fridays, will be processed and shipped the same day the order was placed. Any orders after this time will be handled the next business day.

- All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be taken care of and shipped on Mondays.

- If customers wish to secure a desired arrival time, please place your orders early or you may choose to pay necessary shipping charges via United Parcel Service to receive your packages at a guaranteed day.

- All international orders, customers response for any duty and custom clearance expenses.


- MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVE items are permitted to be returned and exchanged for the same style.

- Items or packages keep in the original packing and unused can be returned within 5 business days from the date received.  Please call (818)330-1131 for a return authorization number. Any items returned without an RA number will not be processed for credits.  

- customers are responsible for all expenses necessary for return shipment. return packages must include a copy of the original receipt or invoice, and to place the RA number on the upper right hand corner of the copy.

- Send the return package (in the original box it was shipped in, if possible) to:
